About Me

Teresa has been in the real estate business for over 7 years and has also purchased, renovated, rented, and sold her own properties. This experience best serves her homebuyers, investors, sellers, and families before, during, and long after the sale.

Teresa was borned in Taiwan and raised in South Pasdena, CA received her Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing from Cal State LA and Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Education from UCLA.  Prior to real estate, Teresa spent the first part of her career in the Marketing/Advertising industry.  She then started her real estate career seeking more flexibilty in her hours so she can start a family.  She experienced state to state,  country to country moves so she sees the importantance of having a reliable, expereinced and responsible real estate agent that handles each clients with care and profesionalism.She wants to be that person !  She assisted first time homeowners with their first home purchase, clients and family relocation from out of State or out of country , new immigrants,  clients looking to invest and build more equity,  to clients looking to downsize and plan for retirement.  Most of her clients/ families became her friends and kept in touch long after the sale.  

Teresa is hard working mother of two who is excited to be back in her home State California after living in Houston, TX with a successful real estate career there and living aboard in Shanghai, China due to work reasons.  She is happy to have the opportunity to be close to her aging parents, siblings and relatives in California with great schools and opportunity to golf all year round for her daughters. She is thrilled to be back and serving clients in the area to sell/buy their home.  She is fluent in both English and Manadarin and experiences working with international clients.
